High accuracy angular accelerate sensor CAE modal analysis

In this project, we built the 3D-model simulation according to the foreigner advanced angular accelerate patent, to verify this measurement method is reasonable using finite method analysis.Simulate the compressive strength curve, static stress and strain graph, based on the sixth order modal eigenvalue and eigenvector. Verify the measurement method is feasible in theory.

3D-VR build real scene model in real-time

3D-VR build real scene model and demonstration system in real-time, to establish the real scene model based on the depth camera, multi-camera calibration, 3D reconstruction and exhibition system, which use to exhibit the 3D naked eyes video system and video scene filming. 

Skills used:

  • Establish the Airbus A380 and Fierce Dragon FC-1 fighter 3D-model using CATIA software.

  • Design the support and jigs to connect the standard tripod and the three industry camera

  • Establish the Virtual and Reality platform successfully, achieve the basic maintenance guiding system function.

Turbine Rotor Blade Tip-clearance Measurement

In this project, develop a new method in non-contact blade vibration measurement with microwave tech is purpose. Establish the mathematic model of three blades architected, using state-space model to obtain formula, vector and matrix. The alternative matrix is used to identify the modal characteristics of the system: Eigen frequencies, dumping ratios and mode shapes. Optimize the method of blade modal parameter identification and tip-clearance vibration measurement in harsh environment. Improve the rotor blade ability of self-check and protection.

Highlights

  • Derivate the alternative matrix using state-space model.

  • Establish statistic model through the least-square method.

  • Simulate the 3 dof blade rotor vibration to obtain deflection curve using Matlab.

Airport Foreign Object Damage(FOD) detection system

Airport runway foreign object is the small or middle mechanical parts that could causing an aviation accident scattered in runway. The fixable and movable FOD detective system could scan and analysis the runway whole day. The detect range of the system is 1 km. Achieve the single or multi FOD accuracy locate, offer clear and identifiable video image. Assist the staff judge the size, locate and other detail information of FOD to help staff quick recycle. Complete the detective system function. Improve the new generation product accuracy based on the customer requirements.
